This industry has opened a few doors for me that I never imagined; whether it has been meeting other ladies that are now friends for life, or working with people that are fun and like-minded. These pictures were taken eight years ago after we spent a few days at the beach. On our way home a gentleman opened his boxing ring on a Sunday so I could spend the afternoon taking photos for my website; a rare opportunity. It is an old fashioned boxing gym with a lot of grit and good history. It is one without air conditioning and it has weathered many Texas storms. He wrapped my hands, dressed me in boxing garb and even showed me a punch or two. It was fun, entertaining and definitely put me out of my comfortable element. I hope that you will enjoy stepping back in time with me, and if you will, imagine what it would be like for you to be in the ring with me as an opponent. Would we spar? Maybe we’d kick some dust and hit the gloves before rolling around and laughing at ourselves? Either way, I think it would be fun and would love it if you were to join me for more.
